I was a smoker myself for a long time and I had made countless failed attempts to quit before I found this method. I was very surprised at how well it worked; after just two sessions, the desire was gone. The biggest difference from “normal” quitting is that the cravings were gone. However, I have to admit that after two months I relapsed again, maybe because it was so easy. I then booked three more sessions, and finally now I’m a non-smoker.
